Refund and Cancellation Policy for ContentFist

Thank you for choosing ContentFist. Please read this policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our digital products and services.

1. General Policy

ContentFist provides digital intelligence and research assets. Because these products are accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once access is granted.

2. Subscription Services

A. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Billing: Billed on the date of signup and every month thereafter.
  • Cancellations: Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

B. Annual Subscriptions

  • Billing: Billed upfront for the entire year.
  • Cancellations: Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the 12-month period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal. Requests after 14 days are ineligible.

3. Individual Asset Purchases

  • Final Sale: All one-time purchases of research papers are final.
  • Technical Issues: If you cannot access a purchased file, contact support within 48 hours for assistance or a potential replacement.

4. Grounds for Refund

We may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate purchases.
  • Proven fraudulent transactions.
  • Prolonged service unavailability (exceeding 72 hours).
  • Major discrepancies between an asset and its description.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You changed your mind.
  • You no longer need the data.
  • You forgot to cancel before renewal.
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@contentfist.com with:

  1. Your full name and account email.
  2. Transaction ID or invoice number.
  3. Reason for the request.

We will respond within 5-7 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
